LSD

100-200 mcg dose

is the only drug available in blotter form

pupils dilate during the trip

Increases serotonin receptor retention

Mescaline

More visual hallucinations

Psilocybin

Need 5-20 mushrooms

Tryptamines

DMT

Smoke c marijuana

5-methoxy (5-MeO-DIPT)

foxy methoxy

onset 20 minutes, lasts 3-6 hours

GI side effects, LSD-like hallucinations

Alpha-methyltryptamine (AMT)

similar to foxy but lasts much longer

hypervigilant, restless

Amanita Mushrooms

Can drink your urine for 2nd high as it is excreted unchanged

Enactogens

MDMA

50-200 mg

dehydration and hyperthermia

Interacts c MAOI

Marijuana

IV form can cause hypotension and renal failure

PCP

Disassociative amnesia

Blocks sensory input

Renal failure and rhabdo

Blank stare c nystagmus

Resp or cardiac failure, hyperthermia, Stat epilepticus,

AC then NGT in all b/c ion trapping may allow long time recovery

Do not acidify urine
