consider steroids methylprednisolone 14.5 mg/kg

vasopressin

Care of the brain-dead organ donor (Curr Anaesthesia & Critical Care 2007;18:284) cardiac during hernaition, 700% increase in catecholamines after, decrease in symphatetic chain outflow DI- dDAVP 8ng/kg then 4 ng/kg/hour or vasopressin 0.01-0.04 unit/min T3-4 mcg iv, then 3 mcg/hour steroids hydrocortisone iv 25-50 mg tid
